Position Title: Busser / Utility

Reports To: Front of House (FOH) Manager

Compensation: Hourly | 32-40 hours per week

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Must possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed or assigned.

• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.

• Must pass a comprehensive background check as required by the Kaw Gaming Commission to obtain a gaming license.

Position Summary

The Busser/Utility team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining areas. This includes clearing and resetting tables, supporting service staff, and ensuring a positive guest experience. The role is physically demanding, requiring stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly after guest use.

• Reset tables quickly and professionally following company standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bus stations.

• Perform cleaning and side duties as assigned.

• Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance as needed.

• Support waitstaff and kitchen personnel as required.

• Provide excellent guest service at all times.

Physical & Functional Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry trays or tubs up to 50 pounds.

• Capable of balancing and transporting heavy items safely.

• High energy and stamina to remain on feet for extended periods.

• Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.

• Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
