Host/Hostess and Cashier

Frankie's Italian Cuisine is looking for dependable, host/hostess, cashiers.

As a Hostess/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your core skills in customer service and communication will be essential in managing reservations, greeting guests, and handling inquiries. Your experience with POS systems, will facilitate efficient order processing and payment handling. By leveraging your hospitality expertise and guest relations skills, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service in a vibrant restaurant environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant setting
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with POS systems
Background in food service and hospitality
Ability to manage guest relations and provide excellent guest services
Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling reservations
Open Wednesday - Thursday 4pm - 9pm.Open Friday-Saturday 12pm-9pm.Open Sunday 4pm-9pm.
Closed Monday & Tuesday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
