RedWater has 10 restaurants, 9 event venues, 8 golf courses, and 5 country club pools complete with cafes and bars! Job Summary:

Our support staff is responsible for assisting servers, bartenders, and expo with providing service to our guest.

Characteristics of our support staff include being a team player, having excellent attention to detail, having the ability to maintain a positive attitude, and being conversational and friendly with guests

This must be done all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism to achieve the high standards of service Redwater is known for

Responsibilities:

Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order

Double check the order before it goes to a customer

Organize food tickets for the check

Place silverware on the table

Clean off tables after customers have left

Answer any questions the customer may have

Refill customer drinks as needed

Prepare coffee, tea, and ice water for customers

Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping

Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware

Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals

Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables

Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked

Requirements:

Previous support staff experience preferred

Night, weekend, and holiday availability

May at times need to life 50+ pounds

Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk carrying items

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
