Guest Service Representative

Job Description:

This is a PRN position

• Coordinate day-to-day Guest Service activities including all guest services provided in the Fortin Lobby
• Assist patients/guests/families and staff with guest services including, but not limited to: directions, information, escorts, etc. throughout the campus
• Coordinate the cheer card program, meeting room scheduling, fleet vehicle scheduling, canine visitation, notary services and movie ticket, stamp, massage and gift certificate sales
• Follow up on all concerns and/or complaints with appropriate staff to ensure quick resolution to any problems that may occur

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one (1) year of customer services or guest relations experience is preferred.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.
• Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.
• See and read computer monitors and documents.
• Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
• May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.
