Barista

We seek an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our exceptional team of hospitality professionals.
This role is responsible for consistently preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages, while providing friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service in accordance with the Restaurant Brand Standard.

Your Responsibilities:
• Act as the ultimate ambassador of the cafes coffee program, menu, and culture to our guests.
• Craft and serve beverages to exacting standards, ensuring flavor, presentation, and temperature are consistent every time.
• Engage guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor while offering product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Work with a strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, while balancing multiple drink orders.
• Support the team by assisting with pastry and food service, register transactions, and restocking as needed.
• Take pride in the art of coffee-making, continually refining skills and staying informed about coffee trends and brewing techniques.

Your Qualifications:
• 13 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Must be organized, energetic, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Passion for coffee, tea, and hospitality, with the ability to educate guests about menu offerings.
• Ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in clear English.
• Food Handlers Safety Certificate preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and composure.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs., bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings, weekends, and holidays).
