Kitchen positions, are TIPPED positions; average weekly tip-income is an additional $10-$15+ per hour average.
Hours of Operation are 1130am-800pm Thursday-Saturday, and 1030am-530pm Sunday. Line Cooks are typically scheduled four 8-10 hour shifts, Thursday-Sunday, and some prep shifts Wednesday. Some event shifts outside of regular business hours may also be available. We have purchased a pizza food truck - food truck and/or pizza experience is a plus, however this position is primarily for grill and pantry on the line.

Duties:
Set up and stock kitchen
Prepare food items for service
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
Flexibility to work several different stations
Be able to follow and execute recipes and procedures
Requirements:
Manual dexterity to work cooking equipment/tools
Food handlers & TABC required within 30 days of hire date
Line Cook: 2 years of experience in full service restaurant
High-energy, friendly, and personable personalities
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Team player
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, and evenings
Must have a reliable form of transportation
