Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Take and process customer orders accurately using POS system
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register records.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld throughout service.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
