What Youll Do

As a AM Restaurant Server, youll bring energy and enthusiasm to every shift by:

  • Delivering Exceptional Service: Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly with a smile.
  • Creating Memorable Experiences: Offer menu recommendations, answer questions, and ensure each guest has an unforgettable dining experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
  • Upselling Expertise: Suggest wine pairings, cocktails, and dessert options to enhance guests meals.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, workstations, and the dining area.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience & Skills:
    • Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
    • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but were willing to train the right person.
    • A friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays of food or beverages for extended periods.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
