We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team and help ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Position Summary
The Laundry Attendant processes all hotel linens, towels, and uniforms by operating washers, dryers, and folding machines according to established procedures. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, freshness, and availability of linens for guest rooms, banquet functions, and other hotel operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items.

• Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and take appropriate action.

• Operate laundry equipment safely and follow all manufacturer and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, including equipment and storage spaces.

• Separate and properly store clean linens for distribution.

• Monitor chemical usage and report supply needs to the supervisor.

• Assist with inventory counts of linens and laundry supplies.

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry moderate to heavy loads.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
