Paint Booth Cleaner

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a Temporary Paint Booth Cleaner for in Northwood, OH. We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual for a temporary, specialized role cleaning our paint booths. This position requires working in confined spaces, operating high-pressure water blasting equipment, and navigating hard-to-reach areas. This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All are offered competitive compensation of $19.90 per hour . Generous referral! Shift: typically be 5pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday and then a 4 hour day on Friday. Some Saturdays and holidays would be required and the shift time would be more on day shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of paint booths, including around robots and purge boxes.
• Operate a 15k blasting pump (training provided).
• Work in confined spaces and at heights as needed.
• Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including rain suit, mask, and metatarsal boots.
• Safely climb ladders and move through tight or elevated spaces.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Prior water blasting or industrial hygiene experience.
• Ability to learn and safely operate high-pressure blasting equipment.
• Comfortable working in and around paint booths.
• Willingness to follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Physical ability to climb, bend, crouch, and work in confined spaces.
