Barista- Char & Stave / Bluebird Distilling

We are a well-established, award-winning Distillery / now Coffee Roastery and high end Coffee Shop and Cocktail Bar concept. Char & Stave will offer specialty coffee in the morning and transition into a Whiskey / Coffee bar in the evening. This is among the first of this concept. The Ardmore location features specialty coffee roasted by Char & Stave, classic espresso, tonics, new age techniques and Breakfast Cocktails.

We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, tea and specialty drinks. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should be able to work various shifts. Note: this positions compensation includes hourly pay and tips. Ultimately, youll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests. WEEKEND availability a must
