US - Service and Repair Technician I

Location: Charlotte, NC Straight pay : $18.50/hr Introduction

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1 to 1.5 years of experience in previous positions related to small electronic assembly.
  • Background in electronics, whether from technical school or high school courses.
  • Comfortable working with very small parts and using tools like tweezers.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in mechanical equipment construction and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Ability to work under general supervision with some degree of creativity and latitude.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Construct, maintain, and test mechanical equipment, machinery, and components.
  • Identify parts for replacement and machines that need new parts, placing orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to achieve goals and complete tasks.
