LOCATION:Soule Road SchoolJOB TYPE:Full time (12-month position)SALARY:Per Independent Contract ($55,000 - $59,000) JOB DESCRIPTION:Provides custodial services under the direction of the building Principal and Director of Facilities and Operations in order to ensure an attractive, sanitary, and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.Performs a variety of cleaning and light maintenance operations, and assures the preparation of the entire facility for all activities and campus events.Oversees and supports the evening custodial staff in the performance of their assigned duties and ensures that those assignments are complete in a safe, proper, and timely manner.
