About the location:

A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. About the Role

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina operates a partnership with award winning chef and restaurateur Michael Mina in the resorts signature line-to-table restaurant, Minas Fish House. Mina's Fish House is looking for a Full Time Host who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

What you will do:

  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.

  • Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections.

  • Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining room s and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set.

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information.

What you bring:

  • One to two years previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; p revious employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset.

  • Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

Pay: $27.51 per hour

Schedule & Hours

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
