THE STARTING RATE: $20.56

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, philosophies, and regulations established by the Gaming Control Board.

• Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on all slot machines, including cleaning and comprehensive overhauls.

• Safeguard the integrity of slot machine equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times.

• Collaborate with the Slot Technical and Slot Operational teams to maintain the functionality of slot machines, change machines, and online system equipment. Additionally,

• Address guest concerns within your authority and escalate issues to management as necessary, while promptly notifying supervisors or Security of any unusual occurrences, missing items, or suspected theft.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Will possess 2+ years of experience in a computer/electronics environment.

• Experience as a slot technician or similar role a plus but candidates with strong computer aptitude will be considered.

• Possess attention to detail, the knowledge to utilize basic tools along with strong problem solving and listening skills.

• Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines.
