Dream Girls at Rick's is the best gentlemen's club in North Seattle, and we are now serving alcohol!

We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented team members to join our team. Positions include Doorman, Bartenders, and Cocktail Servers.

Duties:

Doorman:
-Greet customers as they arrive
-Verify customer ID prior to entering the establishment
-Collect admission fees
-Deescalate situations when necessary
-Assist staff with general operations

Bartenders:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle transactions accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in training new bartenders when needed
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Cocktail Waitresses:

- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take drink orders accurately and promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell additional items and promote daily specials
- Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, including wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies
- Process guest payments using cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries

Requirements:

-21+
-Bartenders and Cocktail Waitresses must have prior experience serving alcohol
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Hours of operation are 2pm-2am, Wed-Sun
