Kitchen Assistant /Order - Prep (MORNING SHIFT)

Judy's Diner is looking for a responsible an motivated Kitchen Asistant
(Schedule and activities may vary during training time)

Judys Diner is a family-owned restaurant thats been serving the most loved classic breakfasts in Orlando since 1989. We strive every day to serve our customers the best quality in our fluffy pancakes, eggs, and our entire menu. As a Diner, were planning to keep our loved classic flavors, but also we want to offer new ways to serve our customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

-Take and hand over the orders, and address any of the customers' concerns

-Keep track of orders taken and orders through third parties (Doordash and UberEats)

-Label orders for delivery

-Make drinks for the day and prepare the first pancake mix, and grits (before opening)

-Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

-Collaborate with some of the closing activities

-Assist with food preparation

ALL OF THE ORDERS ARE TAKEOUTS, which makes the process of handling the order easier.

Ability to concentrate your energies on doing a good job with attention, courtesy, and quality with minimal
supervision
Ability to properly manage their own emotions
Responsibility and punctuality
Being able to adapt to different situations with no difficulty
Ability to solve everyday problems
Positive and customer-focused attitude
