Kitchen Associate

Small two-sided kitchen operation seeking persons capable of doing food prep, kitchen maintenance, and/or basic physical labor to support food cart operations. NO COOKING is involved in either role JUST BAKING. We currently have two roles available:

Kitchen Transport Prep (No previous experience required) 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
- Unloading supplies & ingredients from work vehicle
- Baking three dishes
- Packaging and loading freshly cooked/baked food for transport
- Resupplying coolers
- Loading work vehicle
- Cart supplies inventory check

Ingredients Prep Associate: 10:30am - 3:30pm (Some Experience Preferred)
- Cutting, Marinating, and baking Chicken (baking aspect varies)
- Cutting, Assorting, and Storing Produce
- Inventory Check for ingredients
- Full cleaning of area
- Trash Disposal

Physical Requirements:
- For both roles, being able to lift 20-80lbs is required.

Commuting
- GRTC bus station located less than 200FT from the kitchen location
- Additional opportunities for those with self transportation applying for Kitchen Transport Prep

After being demonstrating competency in one of these roles expansion of responsibilities with increased compensation can be discussed.
