About The Role:
As a CBRE Concierge, you will serve as the hospitality hub for guests and tenants visiting the designated building, delivering best-in-class customer service. This includes providing wayfinding and information services, supporting leasing and orientation tours for the complex, and partnering with client and retailer teams to amplify building events and initiatives.
This job is a full-time on site role within the Real Estate Experience function and will report into the on-site program lead.
What You'll Do:
Act as the face of hospitality for the complex, representing the CBRE and client brand by delivering world-class customer service. Proactively greet tenants and visitors with friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Provide wayfinding assistance, information and other applicable services to tenants/visitors throughout the property.
Provide support for leasing tours for prospective office and retail tenants including coordination of access, F&B and gifting, establishing a tour path, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of complex services, events and initiatives.
Support Property Management in driving onboarding programs for incoming tenants including providing orientation tours and welcome gifts, and coordinating welcome signage.
Maintain retail discount program for tenants available through various digital platforms, including ensuring discounts are still active and updating with seasonal changes.
Support gift card sales for the precinct including processing transactions
Record, log and respond to requests for information and services through various digital platforms. Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Offer solutions in a professional manner committed to customer service.
Coordinate with administrative assistants to provide VIP arrival services for select guests including greeting at point of arrival, expedited security experience, arrival beverage service and other support services as directed.
Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.
Contribute to monthly data tracking and assist in preparing monthly reporting for clients.
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of job-related experience. Experience in luxury retail preferred.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Concierge position is or $22.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Concierge position is or $26.45 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
