Job Description:

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated concierge style customer service

  • Regularly set-up meeting rooms as needed

  • Regularly perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies

  • Clean pantry and kitchen daily

  • Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services on a regular basis

  • Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks

  • Ability to work the front desk as needed

  • Ability to complete meal and event orders, as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred

  • Prior customer service experience required

  • Ability to handle customer concerns in a timely and tactful manner

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high touch client environment

  • Ability to lift or move 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Preferred Shift 10am-7pm

The Compensation range for this role is 17.00 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
