Sous Chef Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary of $85k-95k based on experience

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional culinary experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume / fine dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food, creativity, and delivering high-quality dishes
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Assist in the creation and execution of seasonal menus and daily specials
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff for professional growth and efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
