Were seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team for a high-volume fine-dining restaurant in Beverly Hills .

Sous Chef Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary of $85k-95k based on experience

Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional culinary experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a high-volume / fine dining restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Passion for food, creativity, and delivering high-quality dishes
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
  • Assist in the creation and execution of seasonal menus and daily specials
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff for professional growth and efficiency
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
