Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable bilingual (English/Spanish) receptionist to join our team! This is a basic entry-level position ideal for someone with communication and computer skills who is eager to grow in a professional environment.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Closed from 12:30-1:00 for Lunch

Pay: $15.00/hour

Location: Thorndale, PA (In-Office Position)

Responsibilities include:

Answering phones and providing customer service

Taking payments

Scanning and organizing documents

Assisting with office marketing and social media

General administrative support

Ideal Candidate:

Speaks fluent English and Spanish

Has phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using computers and office software

Interested in learning and growing in the insurance field

No insurance experience is necessary we will train the right person!
