Job Description The Dartmouth Group is hiring a Part Time Concierge to work on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am-4pm for its community in Somervile, MA. Daily responsibilities: Meet and greet homeowners, residents, vendors and contractors. Research and respond to inquires in-person, by phone, and email. Schedule maintenance contractors and vendors onsite. Receive, log, and distribute packages. Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean environment. Other duties as requested. Requirements 1+ years of previous concierge experience. Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution techniques. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Proactive, takes the initiative, and follow-ups with manager.
