The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift. Duties: - Conducting nightly audits and reconciliations of hotel transactions - Checking in late-arriving guests and assisting with guest requests - Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints - Processing reservations and cancellations accurately - Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience - Setting Breakfast up for Guests Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality management - Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services - Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, utilizing your customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
