However, occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required during special events, ensuring you have time to connect with both students and guests. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER As a Front Desk Classroom Coordinator, you will start your day by welcoming guests, future professionals, and staff with professionalism and a smile. Your main objective will be to create an extraordinary experience for service guests while mentoring Future Professionals in guest service best practices. You will ensure the smooth operation of the front desk, managing the flow of appointments and phone calls, and supporting the clinic classroom with scheduling and documentation. You will use your skills in sales and customer service to manage cash drawers, offer product sales, and inspire Future Professionals to meet their goals. WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR A FRONT DESK CLASSROOM COORDINATOR? Experience in sales and guest service Strong communication and customer service resolution skills Excellent organizational skills Passion for the beauty industry Honesty, professionalism, and solid work history with verifiable references Experience handling high-volume phone calls and proficiency in basic computer software and telephone systems are preferred.
