Position Overview Schedule/Hours: Monday - Friday: 10 am - 6 pm Saturdays: 12 pm - 6 pm Annual Bonus We are working with a private Principal to place a full-time Executive Housekeeper at an 8,000 sq. ft. modern residence located on approximately half an acre in Highland Park, Dallas. The home is thoughtfully designed with clean lines, luxury finishes, and a serene atmosphere that reflects the Principal's appreciation for privacy, precision, and calm. While the household is not overly formal, it is maintained to exacting standards and requires a professional who can balance warmth with discretion. The ideal candidate will be a career housekeeper with experience in high-end private homes, capable of managing all aspects of household cleanliness, laundry, inventory, and vendor coordination. This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a beautifully maintained environment. The Housekeeper will work closely with the Principal and other household staff to ensure seamless service, anticipate needs, and uphold the household's values of respect, consistency, and quiet excellence. Position Requirements Minimum 5-7 years' experience in luxury private residences or high-end hospitality. Non-Smoker Valid driver's license with a clean record. Capable of passing an extensive background check, Behavior Analysis Interview, and Drug Screening. Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong communicator, both written and verbal. High level of discretion, loyalty, integrity, and honesty. Strong fine furnishings, luxury fabrics, and specialty surfaces care skills. Strong laundry and wardrobe management skills. Familiarity with eco-friendly and high-quality cleaning products. Proficiency in inventory control and household supply management. Position Duties & Key Success Factors Full-Charge Housekeeping of Primary Residence, including Wardrobe Management. Maintain household inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and personal care items. Coordinate with vendors for deep cleaning, pest control, and specialty services. Cook simple meals 4 times per week. Weekly menus are submitted on Monday. Prepare guest areas and ensure all rooms are stocked and maintained to perfection. Assist with event setup, including table settings, decor, and post-event cleanup. Drive Mrs. to appointments as needed. Pack and Unpack for travel. Address and resolve housekeeping-related issues or emergencies. Maintain open communication with the Principal and household team. Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. Provide personalized service and anticipate household or guest needs. Personal errands as needed. Other Considerations Principals have a demonstrated track record of long-term employees (22 & 24 year tenure). They communicate their requirements and standards clearly and are respectful of their employees' time off. This is a tobacco and alcohol free environment. Smoking, dipping, chewing tobacco, and/or consuming alcoholic beverages while on property is prohibited. Flexible scheduling is available around family travel, with two weeks paid time off after the first year. Over Time is paid at 2X the hourly rate.
