Front Desk Guest Service Agent

Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is looking to hire a full-time Guest Service Agent. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests by greeting them; and insuring stay exceeds expectations Assist guests in the selection of appropriate accommodations Support guests with their arrival and departure Work with guests to resolve any issues Include other departments, when necessary, to resolve issues. Answer questions about the area and services offered by Rosemary Beach Key Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and able to take after hours call outs.
