Housekeeper - Palm Beach

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented housekeeper to join a dynamic team in a high-end private residence in Palm Beach. This is a high-touch cleaning position requiring excellence, stamina, and humility.The ideal candidate must be comfortable working closely with others, demonstrate emotional maturity, and maintain museum-quality standards in all aspects of cleaning and upkeepMandatory travel during the summer months is required. Key Responsibilities: Perform meticulous daily and deep cleaning of all areas of the home to maintain a pristine, magazine-ready appearance at all times. Care for high-end finishes, fine art, antiques, and luxury furnishings with appropriate techniques and products. Manage laundry, wardrobe organization, and delicate fabric care with precision. Collaborate effectively with other housekeepers and household staff to support smooth operations. Occasionally assist with pet care as needed. Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar high-level housekeeping role in luxury private homes. Expert knowledge of premium cleaning products, tools, and methods. Proven ability to work as part of a team not in a managerial capacity. Emotionally mature, with the ability to handle constructive feedback and high standards Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Flexible with changing schedules and shifting priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commuting. Passport-ready and available for both domestic and international travel, especially during summer. MUST be fluent in English
