**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated,anized, and energetic Back-of-House/Support team member to join our bustling team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. This role offers room for growth and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment. Candidates must be available for 4-5 shifts per week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and assemble custom charcuterie, cheese, and Mediterranean boards to order
- Prepare small plates, pizzas, and other menu items efficiently and accurately
- Prep cheeses, meats, spreads, nuts, and cocktail bases, including making house recipes
- Maintain a clean,anized, and sanitized workspace at all times
- Assist with food running, bussing tables, and dish washing to support the front and back of house
- Support team members with various prep and support tasks as needed
- Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude in a busy environment
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
- Stronganizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, run food, bus tables, do dishes, and move quickly for extended periods
- Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible with a great attitude
- Critical thinking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Excellent teamwork andmunication skills
- Professionalism in front-of-house interactions a plus
