Job Summary

As a Food Runner, you will help guide guests through the dining experience. We have high expectations for hard work and attention to detail. Qualities we look for in this position include a genuine interest in food and beverage, the desire to create memorable experiences for our guests, and dedication to hard work.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and standards of service

Anticipate and address guest needs and concerns

Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of guests

Complete all side work as assigned

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support other servers and kitchen staff in duties as required

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Active TABC and ServSafe certification required

Excellent customer service and people skills required

Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills are required

Minimum of 1 year as food runner experience in a full-service restaurant preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure

Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
