Who We Are

Oakwood Public Market is a new gathering place in the heart of Dripping Springs - a vibrant, multi-concept destination that includes a craft coffee shop, pizzeria, retro soda fountain and ice cream counter, full bar, bakery, and specialty grocery. We're inspired by the Hill Country's rich cultural heritage and exist to build amunity rooted in intentional hospitality.

What You ll Do

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through our beverage offerings

- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and presentation standards

- Maintain bar cleanliness,anization, and stocked supplies throughout the shift

- Check identification and follow all alcohol service laws and Oakwood s responsible service policies

- Suggest menu pairings and upsell when appropriate to enhance the guest experience

- Manage tabs, handle payments, and accurately close out checks

- Work closely with servers and support staff to ensure seamless service

- Participate in pre-shift meetings and contribute ideas for improving service and beverage offerings

- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting teammates whenever needed

- Lead with grace under pressure and help create a safe, warm, and empowering environment

Tools of the Trade

- Familiarity with Toast POS and back-of-house systems is preferred

- Strongmunication and leadership skills are essential

- Ability to stayanized and maintain situational awareness in a dynamic environment
