Looking for just the right person.
Frankly, t is not a true fine dining restaurant in Portland. Nonetheless, we hit all the marks of fine dining service sans pretense and freestanding napkins.
We have a great team of servers and need to add another member.
Chemistry, attitude, flexibility and willingness are important. We are looking for a strong, experienced server. More so, we need somebody who understands what it takes for a team to function at a high level. We know that we cannot survive in this marketplace by simply hiring the best people. We need a team to produce that miracle.
We have a policy forbiddingplaining. We have a policy requiring kindness. We aremitted to wellbeing. Everybody is striving to be their best person. We enjoy each other'spany.
3-4 shifts per week, with an occasional 5th shift.
Health insurance available for those that qualify - 30 hrs per week = full time.
When responding, please include a cover letter. Tell us a little bit about yourself, what works for you and what doesn't. Also indicate what hours days and nights you would be available for and what restrictions t are in your schedule. We simply ignore the applicants that throw their resume over the wall and disregard of these instructions as we find thatpliance and the ability to listen and follow instructions important hiring prerequisites.
We are located in the west end of unincorporated Washington County, north of Hwy 26 at the Bethany Blvd exit. We have a NW Portland address but don't be fooled.
We are the best restaurant on the west side and will go toe to toe with any of our aplishedpetitors.
Please take some time to look at our and consider our location carefully. It's easy to get to if you're noting from too far afield, but it's underserved by public transportation in the late evenings and on weekends. Come be part of something special! We look forward to hearing from you!
