Lulu, a cocktail bar nestled in the Central Eastside, is excited to announce the uing launch of our sister establishment, Pretty Ugly, located in the Pearl District. As we prepare for the grand opening of Pretty Ugly, we are actively seeking to expand our team of skilled bartenders. Moreover, we value candidates who possess a strong work ethic and can effectively manage their time during both fast-paced and slower periods. Proficiency in various bartending techniques, such as multitasking to build multiple drinks simultaneously, stirring with both hands, and expertly shaking and stirring, is expected. An advanced knowledge of spirits and cocktails is also highly desired.

Job Requirements:

Must present oneself in a professional,anized, and task-oriented manner.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cocktail bar.

Possession of a valid OLCC Permit/Food Handlers Card is mandatory.

Capable of lifting weights exceeding 40 lbs.

Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours).

Adaptability to align with our bar's style and requirements.

Exhibit a friendly, courteous, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to work well with colleagues and customers.

Display energy and prioritize the needs of customers.

Maintainanization and ad to high-quality standards.
