Looking for experienced servers

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and management to deliver high-quality food and service, contributing to a positive atmosp in our restaurant.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel weed.

Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, such as OpenTable, and relay them to the kitchen staff.

Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, and make rmendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.

Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining attention to detail and presentation standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.

Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely delivery of orders.

Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or a culinary environment is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; experience with OpenTable is a plus.

Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating positive guest interactions.

Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing orders efficiently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintainingposure under pressure.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
