General Porpoise, from Chef Renee Erickson and partners, is looking for professional Baristas to join the team at our Sps and Pioneer Square cafes.

We are in search of a team player who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to setting the industry standard for the guest experience. Humor,passion, professionalism, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic are all necessaryponents of the job. General Porpoise seeks an individual who can set and maintain high levels of execution while bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the role. We are looking for a polished and versatile individual who is interested in continued growth within ourpany.

This is a Part-time, hourly non exempt position.

Training wage: $20.76/hour

Starting pay: $20.76/hour to $20.76/Hour plus tips

Pay range for position: $20.76/hour to $20.76/Hour plus tips.

This is a tip pool house.

All levels of coffee experience are wee to , we do offer coffee training as part of our onboarding process.

Paid time off / Paid Sick Leave -

For employees working 30 or fewer hours a week /seasonal employees - As required under Washington's Paid Sick Leave law, the employee will be accruing 0.025 hours of Paid Sick Leave for each hour worked.

For employees working 30 or more hours a week: the employee will be accruing 0.038 hours of Paid Time Off for each hour worked up to 80 hours a year. After 5 years of working with thepany, the employee will start accruing 0.057 hours of Paid Time Off up to 120 hours a year.
