Paju is a Korean restaurant located in South Lake Union, Seattle.

The line cook position works the hot side or cold side of the kitchen, primarily running the production of and service side of the menu, managing your station and working closely alongside the BOH team. We are a one team, one dream kitchen, w we are on display producing modern Korean cuisine.

Inexperienced cooks wee!

The position is 4 days a week/10 hours per day. (Sunday is a must)

Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
