Attention to detail, plating consistency, timeliness, and a professional attitude are a must. Ideal candidates will have professional kitchen experience, working knowledge of applicable safety and sanitation procedures, knife handling skills, and demonstrated ability to follow recipes and prepare food items to order, as well asmunicate effectively with Front of House. Must be consistent, timely, and dependable.

RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Able to work independently and use time wisely, i.e. getting ahead on prep or cleaning during quiet moments.

Able to stay calm and cool under pressure during busier moments.

Proven strength working andmunicating within a team.

Curiosity and a willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.

Able to receive constructive criticism to refine technique

Flexibility with scheduling and a willingness to go the extra mile

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

Execute opening and closing procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1-year experience as a line cook (preferably breakfast but not a deal breaker)

Have food handlers permit

Have a true passion for making awesome food

Be dependable and can make it to work on time every day

Be a team player and work well with others

Hourly $21.00 - $25.00 DOE
