Part-Time Housekeeper

An active family of 6 (4 kids) seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to assist in the maintenance and care of their private residence as well as help with their children. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a 'can-do' and upbeat attitude, very organized, motivated, hard working, and experience working in a high-end home setting . Must have at least 5+ years prior experience working with high-net worth, private families or individuals.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

TASKS:

- MUST HAVE EXCELLENT LAUNDRESS SKILLS - experienced with laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, hand-washing and steaming of linens and garments, caring for high end + fine garments
- Travel packing/unpacking
- Experience with stain removal
- Experience with using organic, non-toxic cleaning products
- hand wash + hand dry - experience caring for delicates and high end clothes
- all aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence, vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal, etc.
- help keep household guest ready
- organizing clothes/closets for all members of the family and house - putting clothes back where they belong and knowing where items are
- trustworthy, hardworking, reliable, positive - able to work w/ other house staff - willing to jump in and help and can see if something needs to be done outside of their work parameters
- Would need to cook for the family daily and prepare green juice daily - healthy meals for kids and parents (simple meals - salads, prep fruit, etc.)
- Able to keep items stocked and refreshed as needed

- able to organize their day to accomplish all tasks
- seeking a long term staff member to grow and stay with family
- comfortable w/ the children and dogs - help when needed
- handling special requests, errands, and related duties as needed
- need to be flexible

- must be paid on the books

SCHEDULE: This is a part time, live-out position 2 days a week, Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday. This position requires year-round commitment to maintaining the residence. Flexibility and ability to fill in/adjust days as needed. Pay is $220 per day
