THE JOB:

As a Front Desk Rooms Control Clerk at our Hotel, you will be essential in setting the tone for a memorable guest experience with your exceptional service and warm hospitality. By connecting with guests and understanding their unique stories and needs, you'll have the opportunity to shape their experience and create WOW moments that they will cherish long after their stay. THE STARTING RATE: $16.65

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assign rooms according to guest request and preferences whenever possible.

• Preassign, prekey and prepare all guest packets for designated arrivals.

• Enhance guest experience through offering upgraded accommodations where available in accordance with authorized programs and processes and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to our guests.

• Partner with Housekeeping and other related departments to meet guest expectations and special requests.

• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.

• Assist front desk staff with the proper room assignments. Ensure hotel rooms are being blocked to allow for revenue maximation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has a High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• 18 years old or older.
