As a Front Office Host, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable stay experience. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service during the check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. This position requires a warm, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The hourly rate for this position is $29.79.

Key Responsibilities include\:

  • Welcome and check in/out guests with efficiency and warmth

  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with promptness and professionalism

  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts

  • Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Uphold brand and service standards at all times

  • Assist with overnight responsibilities, including audits and reporting, as needed

  • Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented environment

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Proficient in basic computer systems; experience with property management systems is a plus

  • This position requires open availability, including\: Weekends, Evenings, Overnights and Holidays
