What Were Looking For:

PM Availability Evening shifts required (Were open 7 days a week, 10am6pm)

Experience At least 2 years in a similar kitchen or prep role

Knife Skills Preferred, but not required were happy to train the right candidate

Willingness to Learn A growth mindset and a passion for seafood will go far here

Attention to Detail You care about the craft, the plate, and the guest experience
