Sasanqua Spa, our luxury spa, provides massage, skincare, and salon services exclusively to Members. We're seeking a Full-Time Spa Front Desk / Customer Service Associate to be the welcoming face of our serene retreat.

Compensation: $18-$20/hour + 3% spa service charge + 10% retail commission - with the 3% spa service charge, you have the potential to earn up to $26 an hour.

Your Role:

• Warmly welcome and check in Members and guests
• Book spa and salon reservations with care and accuracy
• Open and close the spa daily
• Maintain spa areas, changing rooms, pools, and amenities
• Assist with retail purchases and gift card sales

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for exceptional customer service
• Previous spa, health club, private club, or hospitality experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A team-oriented mindset
