Position Description
The Case Aide/Greeter greets and assists clients in connecting with CSO or directing clients to appropriate on-site services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients in a courteous manner. Assist customers with checking in and questions.
Operates computer systems used to check in clients.
Exercise privileged communication as related to the position and maintains expertise in the operations, functions, and scope of the department.
May be trained to assist regional cashiers if needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Contributes to and helps create a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a cooperative and amicable manner with supervisors, coworkers, subordinates, and members of the public.
Work overtime as required.

Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Type 30 words per minute.
Able to lift heavy files, up to 25 - 30 pounds.
Thorough knowledge of current office practices and procedures.
Good working knowledge of current computer functions and procedures.
Must have good customer service skills, must have good communication skills, verbal, non-verbal, written.
Must have good decision-making skills and have good computer skills.
Must be eligible for access to TCIC system.
Licensure:
- Valid Texas Drivers' License or Texas I.D. is required.

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
Regular Full-time | THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT POSITION. EMPLOYMENT AT WILL POLICY APPLIES.
40 Hours per week
Schedule will fall with these operational hours:
Monday - Thursday | 7:00am - 7:00pm
Friday | 7:00am - 5:00pm
Salary:
- $3,076.67 - $3,515.20 Monthly
- Depends on Qualifications
- Based on 26 Pay Periods
