Guest Service Attendant - Golf

Osage View is seeking a high energy, sports and entertainment minded individual to work part-time as a Guest Service Attendant. Interested applicants must be reliable, self-motivated and available to work days and weekends.

The Guest Service Attendant is the face of the facility, whose focus will be on providing a welcoming environment to students, members and guests, as well as a point of contact for all issues that may arise during operating hours, tournaments, and special events.

Duties include:

• Greeting visitors and members
• Answering phone calls and providing accurate information regarding facility information, membership, pricing, and code of conduct
• Scheduling tee times and booking bay reservations
• Utilizing point of sale software - Lightspeed
• Processing memberships to include taking students/members photos, and printing student ID cards
• A strong focus on keeping the spaces and equipment clean and well maintained at all times
• Serving beverages
• Conflict resolution with guests, members, and patrons of special events
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 21+ years of age
• A basic knowledge of golf and the ability to explain the Toptracer software to our guests
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Ability to act quickly in the event of an emergency
• A proven track record of punctuality and dependability
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
