Scheduler/Medical Receptionist

Description Coordinate internal radiation appointments via email, text, phone, and in-person communication with providers and staff Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally Check in patients, verify insurance, and assist with intake forms Deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for patients Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless scheduling and patient flow Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting required Familiarity with medical terminology Strong communication skills across multiple channels Quick learner with a proactive, team-oriented mindset Committed to long-term growth - we're looking for someone who values stability and tenure
