We’re seeking a friendly, professional Server to provide excellent food and beverage service. You’ll take orders, deliver meals, and ensure a memorable dining experience, while maintaining a clean and organized dining area and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff. Open availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain specials.
- Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle issues professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and handle cash and tips accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
- Food safety/hospitality certification (e.g., ServSafe) and RBS required.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
- Open availability is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and move around for extended periods.
- Carry trays, plates, and drinks up to 25 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
