Responsible for primarily preparing and cooking food items on a grill, including meats, vegetables, and other menu items, ensuring they are cooked to the proper temperature and quality, while maintaining assigned grill station in a fast-paced kitchen environment; this typically involves tasks like seasoning, grilling, monitoring completeness of food items and ensuring timely delivery of orders as part of a culinary team.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Experience: 1 year of experience in basic cooking techniques, knife skills, food safety practices; including, the ability to read and follow recipes. At least one year experience working in a commercial kitchen environment and ideally some prior experience as a line cook. Experience working efficiently under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Shift: Full Time / Varied schedule (for reference, the restaurant is open six (6) days a week, closed Mondays and some Holidays, i.e. Thanksgiving Christmas, etc.)

Pay Details: $28,600 annually (Depends on Experience)
