Job Summary
The PT Custodian, Night Shift-Westpointe/Airport Campus (Mon-Thurs 10pm-4:30am Friday 10pm-3:30am) under immediate supervision of the Custodial Supervisor is an important position to the college because all duties performed are visible and contribute greatly to the environment and overall appeal at each campus and in each building. This position knows fundamental concepts of custodial services to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for all campuses and sites operated by Salt Lake Community College.
This position performs standard tasks using established methods, principals, concepts, and procedures. This position will ensure that all SLCC, Facilities and Custodial required training is completed and maintained to provide the consistent, reliable, and timely facilities support to the College by the Custodial Services department.
This position has a regular schedule but requires flexibility and must be available to work on call for snow removal and other building clean up emergencies, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Night Shift: Mon-Thurs 10pm-4:30am Friday 10pm-3:30am 29 Hours a week
FY25 starting salary $16 an hour
