Patient Concierge

Overview*We are seeking a dedicated, outgoing and professional Front Desk Conceirge to join our team.The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in, check-out, and all follow-up is happening as described for guests.This role requires very strong communication and people skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.*Responsibilities** Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.* Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.* Help make sure every guest feels as important and special to us as they are.* Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.* Maintain organized files and records of guest information, reservations, and billing.* Utilize office management skills to assist with administrative tasks as needed.* Perform data entry tasks accurately using computer systems, including Google Suite applications.* Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.* Collaborate with other team members to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a Front Desk Concierge at a Medical Spa/Spa.* Must have at least 3-year experience working in the Medical Aesthetics field.* Proficiency in phone systems and office management practices.* Comfortability and confidence when calling / managing leads and prospects throughtout the sales cycle.* Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry.* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.* Ability to work flexible hours.Join our team as a Front Desk Concierge where you can make a difference in our guests' experiences while developing your professional skills in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceWork Location: In person
