Job DetailsPosition Summary:
We are seeking a talented Pastry Sous Chef to manage the pastry program at Michelin Starred Oiji Mi and Bom in New York City.
This role will lead the pastry team across both restaurants, creating innovative and refined desserts while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Description & Requirements:
Our ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow within a Michelin starred trained team, be able to assist Executive Pastry Chef in recipe testing, pastry plating, chocolate work and dough making.
Must have full time availability & 1-2 years of hospitality experience in Michelin rated or NYT starred restaurants preferred.

Compensation DetailsCompensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
